Key Phrases: BV - an abbreviation for 'business volume'. Every product has a BV on which we calculate commissions.

To understand the true genius of our compensation plan, you need to know how to advance in rank and understand how we pay. Here's a quick introduction.
Rank Advancement: It's easy to get to the top! In most companies, 1% of the people earn 99% of the commissions, but with a little hard work in UI, you can make it to the top quickly. No hidden rules, no catches, no gourp volume requirements!
To be a preferred customer and hold any rank, you must meet a minimum BV of $60. Once you reach one active customer in your downline, you become bronze ranked. 4 = silver. 8 = gold. 20 = platinum.

Four to Score: Refer a minimum of two new 'Customers' in your first 10 days and earn a $50 product credit. Refer a minimum of 4 'Customers' in your first 31 days and earn a $150 product credit.

Three to Infinity: Begins when your third customer and beyond refers their first and second customers (for example: Joe and Sue). It continues when Joe and Sue refer their first two customers and continues when their first two customer refer their first two. This continues to infinity. If you're a Bronze member, you get 10% on their first purchase and 1% on all their subsequent purchases. For silver: 20% and 2%. Gold: 30% and 3%. Platinum 50% and 5%.

Hybrid Unilevel: The UI Hybrid Unilevel allows you to earn commissions from all of your effort and potentially from the efforts of your upline! This extraordinary compensation plan allows you to earn income up to 15 levels deep and to expand with unlimited new 'legs'. The levels of the Hybrid Unilevel are structured starting with 2 potential 'Customers' on your first level with each new level doubling in size (2, 4, 8, 16...). There is simply no limit to your potential income!
The Hybrid Unilevel pays a certain percentage commission based on each level: 1 = 1%, 2 = 1%, 3 = 4%, 4 = 4%, 5 = 4%, 6 = 4%, 7 = 4%, 8 = 4%, 9 = 4%, 10 = 4%, 11 = 4%, 12 = 4%, Bonus Level 13 = 2%, Bonus Level 14 = 2% and Bonus Level 15 = 2%. How many levels you can be aid on depends on your rank. Bronze ranked distributors get paid for levels 1 through 8. Silver = 1 - 12. Gold = 1 - 14. Platinum = 1 - 15. Hybrid Unilevel commissions are earned starting with the second purchase of all the 'Customers' that are placed in your commission eligible levels.

Matching Commissions: UI's Matching commissions pay you up to 20% of your personally referred Customer's Hybrid Unilevel and Residual Three to Infinity earnings. This awesome bonus pays up to 4 Generations! There is no limit to the potential number of Matching commissions that you can earn! If you are Silver ranked, you earn a 10% match of your personally enrolled distributors' Hybrid Unilevel and Residual Three to Infinity earnings. If you are Gold ranked, you get 15% for 1st generation, 10% for 2nd generation and 5% matching commissions for 3rd generation distributors. If you are Platinum ranked, 1st Gen = 20%, 2nd Gen = 15%, 3rd Gen = 10% and 4th Gen = 5%.
